#27 Janus – available now

Janus was selected at Wye College, England in the 1950’s, but was abandoned commercially due to relatively low yields, in the early 1990s. It is a cross between a Eastwell Golding, a New Mexico Wild American hop “Neomexicanus”  and other unspecified English hops. It is said to have a pleasant, classic European/Noble aroma, but is a new kid on the block, so we’ll add more detail when the beer is brewed!
