#4 BRAMLING CROSS

Flavour Intensity 8/10

According to Britishhops.org.uk Bramling Cross “has a distinctive “American” aroma with flavour notes that are spicy, blackcurrant, loganberry and lemony citrus.” It is one of our favourite hops and the intense flavours work well both in bittering, late hopping and dry hopping. Bramling Cross was first bred in Kent in 1927 and became commercially available in the 1950s. it was developed from a traditional Golding variety called Bramling, and a Canadian wild hop called Manitoban.
